Have just arrived in Kings Canyon/Sequoia National Park for some more hiking, this time in the company of giant trees. The park is famous for its giant sequoia trees, including the General Sherman Tree, which is one of the largest in the world. Pictured above is the General Grant Tree, soon to be decorated for Christmas. It’s estimated to be about 1650 years old, which kinda puts our human lifespans into perspective!
Sounds like you are having an amazing trip. Loving your blog and photos. Keep driving!!
